Guidelines for Single Buyer Sabah
On 3rd January 2024, Guidelines for Single Buyer Sabah has been issued by Energy Commission of Sabah under the Electricity Supply Enactment 2024. These Guidelines set the principles, rules and mechanism for the implementation of ring-fencing of the Single Buyer Sabah for the purposes of procurement of electricity and related services, which include planning scheduling, procuring and settlement.

Guidelines for Single Buyer (Federal Territory of Labuan) 2023
On 27th January 2025, Guidelines for Single Buyer (Federal Territory of Labuan) 2023 has been issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga under Electricity Supply Act 1990 [Act 447]. These Guidelines set the principles, rules and mechanism for the implementation of ring-fencing arrangement of the Single Buyer for the purposes of procurement of electricity and related services, which includes planning scheduling, procuring and settlement.
