The committee convened and chaired by the Commission under Rule 7.3 to oversee the compliance of the Single Buyer with these Guidelines.
The functions of the Single Buyer Oversight Committee shall include, but not be limited to:
overseeing the compliance of the Single Buyer with these Guidelines;
providing advice and issuing guidance to the Single Buyer and Participants on achieving compliance with these Guidelines;
reviewing suggestions for amendments to these Guidelines as required by the Rule Change Committee or the Commission;
recommending changes to procedures and these Guidelines where it considers that the recommended change would better facilitate the objectives set out in Rule 4.2; and
assisting the Commission in selecting and appointing an external auditor to assess compliance under Rule 7.4.2.
The panel convened and chaired by the Commission under Rule 6.3 to oversee the compliance of the Single Buyer with these Guidelines.
The functions of the Single Buyer Oversight Panel shall include, but not be limited to:
overseeing the compliance of the Single Buyer with these Guidelines;
providing advice and issuing guidance to the Single Buyer and Participants on achieving compliance with these Guidelines;
reviewing suggestions for amendments to these Guidelines as required by the Rule Change Committee or the Commission;
recommending changes to procedures and these Guidelines where it considers that the recommended change would better facilitate the objectives set out in Rule 3.2; and
assisting the Commission in selecting and appointing an external auditor to assess compliance under Rule 6.4.2.
